Deb Russ
Deb Russ, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in Alaska and certified as a chemical dependency counselor 1, with a national master's addiction counseling certificate. Deb has a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies, EMDR Basic, and a certificate in Mindfulness for clinical practice. Ms. Russ has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for 20 years. She began her journey in the helping profession, working with families in the foster care system. She has volunteered to work with Veterans, teach classes, and provide counseling services for substance abuse disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma. Deb provides a safe and trusting space so healing can begin with her clients. She believes in the holistic approach to healing, utilizing a team approach with her clients.

Suzanne DUMond
Suzanne DuMond has a wide variety of experience working with adults, teens and children for over 30 years. She started as a Social Worker in New York City serving families and individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and in foster care. She worked as a therapist in community mental health and private practice in Colorado for 22 years. Drawn to its wildness and by a desire to be close to the ocean, she recently moved to Alaska with her husband and dog Jasper and is putting down roots in Soldotna. Suzanne now works exclusively with adults 18 years and up who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and all sorts of life transitions and circumstances. She integrates talk therapy with a variety of experiential mindfulness and body based approaches, including Brainspotting. She provides a safe place where clients can feel heard and learn the tools to empower themselves to work with difficult states of being and circumstances. She loves helping clients increase their awareness, acceptance and compassion for all parts of themselves in order to gain greater access to their truest self.
