WElcome to aurora

So many of us have undergone some kind of trauma. At Aurora, we aim to create a judgement-free healing community for the Kenai and Soldotna area. We offer a place where members of our community can come together to process trauma and heal.

Post-Traumatic Stress is a physiological (chemical, electrical, somatic) and psychological response to exposure of traumatic events.  Understanding the neuroscience behind PTSD is a powerful tool for prevention and intervention.

At Aurora, we know that trauma does not happen alone and that healing does not happen alone either. We believe that people need a community to heal and it has been Lisa's dream to create a safe space to foster that healing.

Our new space is available to host workshops. If you are interested, please contact us!
